To effectively coordinate and manage the reservation and booking process for spa treatments to maximize revenue. To utilize strategic selling techniques to increase spa treatment and retail revenues. Assist with the arrival and departure experience to our guests and owners including guest billing and paperwork. To ensure the highest quality guest service and cleanliness throughout the Spa/Health Club. To assist in delivering a sensory experience and renewing environment to all our owners and guests.


  • Prepare and sell Food and Beverage and Retail items

  • Give tours of The Spa

  • Issue locker keys, robes, slippers, and towels

  • Maintain the weight/exercise room equipment

  • Assist with the daily adult and children’s activities

  • Responsible for maintaining a cash bank drawer daily

  • Enforce hotel safety standards

  • Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by Manager

  • File daily reservations and other correspondence

  • Maintain a clean and well-organized workstation

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

  • Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.

  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Must possess basic computational ability.

  • Must possess basic computer skills.

  • Ability to be persuasive with telephone sales skills.

  • Knowledge about different packages available.

  • Must be able to sit or stand and exert well-paced ability for up to 4 hours in length. Walking and standing are required. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. On a regular and continuing basis.

  • Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.

  • Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.

  • Ability to spend extended lengths of time viewing a computer screen.

  • Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

  • Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality.

  • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
