Job Description

The Autism Therapy Group is hiring a full-time Clinic Administrative Assistant  for our clinic in Lombard, Illinois. We are looking for a candidate that is willing to help support our staff through administrative tasks, has a positive attitude, and is able to effectively communicate with others. 

This role will help support Administrative and Clinical staff members. Key responsibilities include: general clinic administrative tasks, scheduling, greeting visitors, answering calls, and assisting with tasks from the Clinic Director. 

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as computer skills.  Must be organized and detail-oriented. Prior experience in office administration is preferred.

Clinic Office Coorindator Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assist clients for short durations of time
  • Maintain client and family relationships
  • Overall enthusiasm for kids
  • Willing to engage with clients
  • Answer phones in a professional manner, and direct calls as necessary.
  • Coordinate and prepare meeting and training rooms.
  • Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Ensure the clinic is clean and inviting to guests and clients.
  • Provide tours for families and therapists. 
  • Communicate with Clinical and Administrative Staff regarding client and therapist questions.
  • Help maintain workplace security by maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.


  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates flexibility by helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday around 11 am - 7 pm.
