Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The role will focus on architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions. The Solution Architect will define the solution foundation and building blocks and conform to standards and best practices while being realistic with constraints and alternatives to adhere to goals, budgets, and timelines. They will have substantive ServiceNow knowledge across its suite of Product lines. The candidate will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements to end to end, provide solutions leadership, content and governance to initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, Development, and Implementation of ServiceNow customization including, but not limited to core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations.
  • Need to Perform advanced customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports, etc.
  • Responsible for programming workflow, enhancements, and integrations with ServiceNow platform applications.
  • Strong knowledge of web-based technologies; HTTP, AJAX, HTML5, JavaScript/jQuery and CSS3
  • Messaging architectures SOAP and REST with JSON text encoding. Other skills Preferred
  • Should have a good amount of knowledge on business flow following service now applications:
  • HRSM – HR Service Management
  • Integration and ServiceNow Scripting (Glide, (JavaScript, Ajax, XML, JSON etc. HTML and CSS))
  • Perform upgrades and customizations of ServiceNow platform applications based on guidance from the project manager, architects, ITIL practice leads, and customers.
  • Providing support/guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes.
  • Reviewing and approving 3rd party and integration solution architecture based on established enterprise application strategy.
  • Defining and validating non-functional (technical) requirements and establishing traceability between requirements and application architecture/design. Experience with the following Technologies/Methodologies required:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills to earn the support of business leaders, technology leaders, colleagues, and vendor representatives.
  • Capable of building sustainable relationships with colleagues and users.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box while defining sound and practical solutions.

Qualifications

  • IT Graduate - B. Tech or Equivalent related degree
  • More than 13 years of IT experience, with at least 6-7 years of ServiceNow Architecture, design, and development experience
  • Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements
