The successful applicant will support the Board with a focus on social media and promotion needs for events
100%The SE&L Student Assistant will work closely with the SE&L manager to plan and coordinate Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 programming. They will also assist in planning the Fall 2022 kickoff for returning and new students. This position will help with policies and expectations for SE&L advertisement on social and bulletin boards around campus.This position's benefits include on-campus housing provided at no cost.Essential
Student Employment Requirements
- Must be a UAS student enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours, or the intent to enroll in six credit hours during the upcoming Fall 2019 semester.
- Must have a 2.0 cumulative GPA; unless a first time freshmen.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Enjoy working collaboratively with their peers.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm about UAS and campus programming.
- Strong follow-through and dependability.
- Involvement in a variety of outside the classroom university (if sophomore+ standing) or high school (if freshman standing) experiences.
- Evidence of participation, active involvement and leadership within Student Activities Board(s).
- Drivers license preferred.
Hours can be variable due to evening and weekend meeting and event schedules.
