We’re looking for a Talent Management Manager for our Asia-Pacific Latin America Geography (APLA)! This role will support our APLA Talent Management Director in building targeted talent strategies and solutions for the business. This role will lead several Talent Development Programs in addition to performing core talent processes and operations for the geography. We are in need of someone who is adept at building relationships and working with senior business leaders.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this position, you will support the geo Talent Management team in the planning and execution of the APLA talent strategy! You'll lead and be the architect for several APLA Talent Related programs and initiatives directly tied to the development, engagement and retention of APLA talent.

You will also play an integral role in supporting core enterprise talent processes through the lens of Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Additionally, you'll analyze data and provide workforce insights that influence the APLA talent strategy. You'll also work alongside business leaders and other HR teams to support talent identification and help address critical capability requirements that enable business strategies & Nike’s growth agenda. Furthermore, you'll provide input to the Global Talent HR team to develop best-in-class talent tools, processes, frameworks, and system improvements, while cultivating Geography HRBP capabilities in talent planning and management.

Reporting to the APLA Talent Management Director, you work closely across Nike's VPs of HR and APLA business executives. You'll also partner with teammates from Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, D&I, Total Rewards, and Talent Practices to ensure a comprehensive and premium experience for employees around key career moments, moves, development, and growth.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a combination of the following areas: Talent Management, Recruiting, Talent Development, Human Resources Management, HR Strategy and Planning, etc.

  • Experience managing and enhancing HR processes, including proficiency with HR systems and technologies; experience managing projects or initiatives.

  • Proven experience facilitating discussions building meaningful relationships across all levels.

  • Ability to set a strategic plan and aligned desired outcomes to complete multi-year talent and D&I strategies.

  • Proven experience applying analytics & insights to inform plans and drive outcomes.
