Mobile Equipment Operator - #100385

Overview:

Aggregate Industries, a leading supplier of quality, construction building materials in the United States, has an immediate opening for a Mobile Equipment Operator to support Asphalt production operations in Maryland. The position will be responsible for operating various pieces of mobile equipment to transport aggregates and other material from one location to another, as well as conducting pre and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operation
Responsibilities:

• Operates rubber tire loader to load materials into bins, a crusher, other trucks or the plant.
• Performs visual and safety inspections of the equipment.
• Maintains the appearance of the equipment, proper air pressure and proper fluid levels, and performs minor repairs, as needed.
• Adheres to all safety, environmental and compliance regulations
• Completes any paperwork that may be required of the position

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience or equivalent combination of experience.
• Ability to read and write.
• Excellent driving skills
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays
