DESCRIPTION
Restoritive Nurse must be a LPN or RN to work minimium 20 hours per week . Resotitive nurse assists residents in maintining their ADL status and works under the direction of the DON and restoritive Director. Must be able to work with all residents from young to elderly with the following diagnoisis medically complex ,dementia, young elderly and those residents who have psychological disorders. The resoritive nurse will be doing assessments and inputing them into mds and directing the resoritive aids on proper exercise techniques splint application and various programing to maintin the residents functional ability.
