The Players Club Supervisor is responsible for the successful operations of the Players Club. Provide quality customer service, guest satisfaction, and increase rated play. Works closely with and supports Host Staff, Special Events and Promotions.




ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



  • Responsible for the supervision of the Players Club.
  • Responsible for managing Players Club personnel such as evaluating employee performance, scheduling, training and enforcing procedures.
  • Follows 4KE Guestpath, Universal Service Standards, Operational Service Standards, and SERVE expectations at all times and leads their staff to follow the same.
  • Performs duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
  • Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description, where, in the Company's judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
  • Reports to the Players Club Manager for successful performance of assigned duties.
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining all supplies associated with the club.
  • Responsible for producing premium customer sign ups into Players Club.
