The Segment Marketing Lead Generation Advisor will be responsible for establishing a demand generation strategy and oversee the development and execution of multi-channel lead generation campaigns to profitably grow and expand the eviCore business.
Reporting to the Segment Marketing Lead, and partnering with senior business leadership, this position will be responsible for thinking of strategic ways to create demand, acquire business leads, and then develop and analyze fully integrated customer engagement campaigns. The Lead Generation Advisor should be highly analytical and measurement-driven to manage the execution of lead generation activities. This position will have specific accountability for acquiring and retaining customers across all distribution channels and will be on point to deliver on designated sales and performance goals.
In addition to managing the lead generation program for eviCore, the Advisor will also partner with segment marketing team members on engagement programs across the entire value chain including clients, providers and brokers.
Create and execute overall campaign strategy, program development, project management and ultimate delivery of qualified leads.
Develop multi-channel lead generation and nurture campaigns to acquire new customers, drive growth across existing clients, and support sales in business development efforts.
Identify and align lead qualification criteria and targets including number of leads, activity level, and quality of opportunities.
Develop and monitor performance metrics in line with sales and marketing goals using best practices to test programs, evaluate results, and improve the campaign performance.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Analyst on campaign elements including SEO, email marketing, social media, and campaign content.
Collaborate with internal and external vendors on the development and distribution of creative assets associated with the campaigns.
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goal. Publish regular performance reports, including campaign performance data and event participation and lead rates.
QUALIFICATIONS SHOULD INCLUDE:
Demonstrated experience and history of success in developing and executing lead generation campaigns.
Significant experience extracting, tracking and analyzing marketing data for the purposes of lead generation.
Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Experience with digital and project management tools such as Constant Contact, Google Analytics, and Wrike.
Comfortable working in a highly-matrixed environment
Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing specifically with lead / generation.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $91,300 - $152,100, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
