Position Information: ALT Shift - 6:00am until 6:00pm - Rotating Schedule- ** NO CAP ON PAY **

This position involves hand stacking, sorting and organizing product. Safely move, locate, relocate, stack and count product. Qualified candidates will have basic warehouse systems/computer experience. Position requires extensive standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a non climate controlled food grade warehouse




Productivity:

• Meet established productivity standards specific to the account.
• Understand the custom packaging process of the operations building you are assigned.
• Follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and specific customer work instructions.

Safety:

• Follow established Safety and Security SOPs, policies, and guidelines.
• Report all equipment malfunctions to manager and/or line lead immediately.
• Report all incidents, accidents, or unsafe acts to your manager or line lead immediately.

Quality:

• Ensure that you are aware of error and damage guidelines for the custom packaging operation you are assigned.
• Ensure that the product being received or shipped is sellable and meets customer expectations.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and completely.
• Report all product damage to your manager or line lead immediately.
• Follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and specific customer work instructions.

Initiative:

• Participate in pre-shift meeting including stretching.
