Job Details:

Purpose



The purpose of this position it to perform administrative functions to support the day-to-day management of research projects.



Responsibilities



Support the admin team by processing administrative requests, such as procurement, contracts, travel authorizations and reimbursements



Other duties as assigned



Required Qualifications



High school diploma or GED. Three years of clerical experience. Proven ability to multi-task. Proven ability to prioritize assignments. Proven ability to meet deadlines. Proven ability to work independently. Clear and effective oral and written communication skills. Professional demeanor.



Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.



Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficient with Mac computers.



Salary Range



$40,000
