Charles Window and Door Company in North Bay, Northern California, is a high quality window and door replacement company that is experiencing rapid growth. We are looking for the right person to join our sales team who has a passion for windows and doors, working on older homes and providing the highest quality customer service. You’ll receive most leads and we’ll set appointments for you. You’ll meet people in their homes to review their needs and help determine the right window or door solution.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of windows, doors, construction and the Portland older home market.
• Skilled at running in-home sales appointments.
• Some evening and weekend appointments.
• Able to measure, quote and order Marvin and Milgard windows and entry doors.
• Able to sell and manage projects.
• Ability to get the order.
• Desire and skill to provide a very high level of customer service.
• Must be professional and have the ability to communicate well.
• Highly organized and able to manage their own schedule.
• Team oriented and able to work well with others.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Need your own vehicle and pass a drug test and background check.
