As an Inside Sales Representative (Loan Consultant 1) for Freedom Plus, your work every day has the opportunity to make a difference in helping our customers fulfill their financial goals. We offer a Personal Loan solution to customers for things such as medical expenses, home remodeling, paying off credit cards, etc. Our customers love us because we offer a best in class loan product at competitive rates with fantastic customer service-all within 1-3 days from start to funding!
How You'll Contribute:
In this role, you will continue to develop strong communication and critical thinking skills to quickly engage customers who have expressed interest in an unsecured loan, educate and sell them on the benefits of our loan programs, gain customer commitment and drive the transaction to close in 1 to 2 calls.
You will manage a sales pipeline of up to 50 applications, average 100+ outbound dials per day via phone, and emails to facilitate the loan application process, collect required documents, move the transaction through the underwriting process, and quickly arrange a closing with the customer.
Start Date: July 5th, 2022
Shifts : Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
Hours: Shifts assigned between 6am - 8pm Local Time
Pay : $20/hour + Monthly Commission

What You'll Bring:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center sales experience
- Strong computer skills with an ability to comfortably navigate multiple systems
- Effective organizational and follow-up skills to manage your leads
- Coachable with a competitive nature and desire to be #1, exceed sales goals, and grow your sales career
