We are seeking a Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)/ Direct Care Staff.

We are offering a $500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. You must complete 90 days of satisfactory employment to be eligible.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities:

• Assist and engage individuals with disabilities with their daily living and independence skills.
• Utilize Person Centered Plans to assess an individual's needs.
• Administer medication(s) and complete appropriate documentation.
• Accompany individuals to and from Program and activities within the community.
• Foster a meaningful relationship between the individuals and their community.
