Responsibilities:



As a Performance Analyst in our PGI Operations area, you’ll act as a technical expert within the performance team and be an integral part in supporting the Investment, Marketing, and Operations teams




You’ll have the opportunity to:


  • Drive Investment Operations projects and processes associated with performance, attribution, asset modeling, asset valuation, security/portfolio level characteristics and analytics to identify ways to maintain accuracy, reduce risk and improve efficiency.
  • Strengthen relationships with internal customers, provide education, and consult around complex and new initiatives to meet dynamic client needs.
  • Serve as a mentor, technical trainer, and resource to others on the team.
  • Perform calculations, analysis, research, and report preparation to support performance measurement, analytics & risk, and portfolio management processes.
  • Support global investment initiatives through participation in projects, implementation of new initiatives, process reviews and/or system enhancements.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with:


  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in accounting, finance, economics or business required
  • 2+ years' work experience in investment/mutual fund operations or related field required
  • Solid analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, time management, planning, decision making, relationship building and communication skills required
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple, increasingly complex, tasks, prioritize effectively and be flexible as business needs change
  • Ability to take initiative, be a self-starter and work independently


Successful candidate will have the following:


  • Understanding of Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS), financial markets, investment strategies, security types, risk statistics, investment performance, characteristics/analytics, and attribution methodologies required
  • Experience with Eagle Investment Systems, Factset, and Aladdin preferred
  • Desire for continued education, CFA, CIPM, Master's etc.
  • Client service orientation, the ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven, team-based environment and the ability to produce accurate and timely information with minimal supervision
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
