Associate Compliance Analyst

Job Summary:

Performs activities such as compliance tracking, metrics analysis, research internal and external websites and reporting. Ensures individual compliance procedures and policies are followed and documented appropriately. Supports Compliance Manager(s) and Sr. Analyst in data maintenance activities and operating the defined processes based on manuals and guidance. May support Compliance Representatives on routine matters.

Illustrative Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs various quality reviews and updates compliance information systems with data pertaining to compliance subjects.
  • Reviews emails and analyzes client responses to determines procedural steps to take based on the compliance status
  • Run various processes and prepare source data files with the supervision and oversight from Compliance Manager(s)
    and Sr. Analyst.
  • Create ad hoc reports using MS Excel, MS Excel functions and Tableau, pulling content from multiple systems.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned including meeting notes, scheduling calls, excel v-lookups, pivot tables, charts & reporting.
  • Data analysis and reporting that may pertain to other subject matter as needed.

Required Technical Skills:

Proficient Microsoft Office skills; strong EXCEL skills; Tableau skills preferred; SQL skills beneficial; Written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree required; Business Analytics, Mathematics or similar quantitative major preferred. Prefer strong Excel, Tableau, Access database, PowerPoint, documentation, data quality and research experience. Prior Analytical experience a plus

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $40320 to $53760.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
