  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills


  • Demonstrated ability leading and developing technology associates


  • Proven experience leading cross functional development squads


  • Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills coupled with a growth mentality and a desire to collaborate effectively with key business and technology partners across the company


  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment and to deal well with ambiguity


  • Experience working in an Agile software development framework


  • Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer Science or related field



The Purpose of Your Role




The individual selected for this role will lead squads of analysts, developers, and scrum masters, and will serve as a trusted partner to our business groups. The position often entails coordinating and facilitating the efforts of several systems groups to deliver a seamlessly integrated solution to our customers. The successful candidate must have deep technology experience, with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to facilitate complex issue resolution across multiple systems and business groups. The individual must possess strong consultative, listening, communications and analytical skills, be a problem solver with excellent judgment and strong initiative. Regular communication (both formal and informal) with Senior Management is required.

  • Work with scrum masters and product owners to plan releases and coordinate development activities


  • Ability to collaborate with technology and business partners across Fidelity to provide strategic input into the long-term direction and roadmaps


  • Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, adapt and strive to excel in a fast paced, changing environment


  • Ability to be highly organized, very responsive, and committed to quality and high standards
