As the CDR Operational Insights & Support VP, you/your team will:

  • Provide monthly employee performance scorecard data, lead the review and continuous improvement of low performer metric tracking process and collaborate with operations leaders to provide consistent updates at Monthly Business Reviews
  • Develop and support new and existing user tools, drive improvements to new and existing sites as well as drive the consolidation of duplicative or unnecessary sites (SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools, macros)
  • Manage the development of MBRs for CDR operations, executive leadership presentations and cross-functional report outs
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis of business informatio to drive strategy and effeciency. Develop presentations to explain complex data to a non-technical audience, often to senior leadership across CCB
  • Drive cross business initiatives aimed at simplification often coordinating across various functions and support teams to drive benefits


  • Minimum 5 years of direct management experience in operations or support function
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Statistics, Business or related field
  • Excellent command of MS Office Products, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and data visualization; Alteryx, Tableau, SAS
  • Outstanding ability to influence stakeholders to take action, facilitate buy-in of recommendations
  • Proven track record of developing high performing teams
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and confidently (oral and written)
  • Flexibiity and willingness to adapt to new project initiatives or changing business requirements
