The innovative team at Agrace has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced HR professional!
The Benefits and Compensation Specialist develops and supports Agrace's total rewards strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role also provides support to management and staff on general human resource related issues, including employee relations, manager coaching, accommodations, and performance management

This position:
  • Maintains responsibility for administration of our benefit plans, including coordination with vendors and brokers
  • Ensures that our practices remain compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, and stays abreast of any changes that may impact our staff or industry
  • Researches benefit policies, plans, and best practices to help us stay market competitive and cost-effective
  • Participates in compensation surveys and researches trends in order to evaluate our pay structure and programs; makes appropriate recommendations
  • Analyzes new and evolving roles within the organization, and provides recommendations for job classifications and salaries
  • Serves as HR business partner to assigned teams

This is a full-time exempt position, core hours M-F
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum three years’ experience in HR; experience with compensation and benefits strongly preferred
  • PHR or SHRM-CP, preferred
