We are building out a state-of-the-art office complex in the heart of the Gulch at 1222 Demonbreun! We are looking for an experienced inside sales Account Executive with a proven track record of delivering results. This role includes both outbound self-generated leads and internal referral leads supplied by your field-based counterparts.



You Will

  • Lead the charge introducing HintMD Point of Sale and subscription loyalty platform to merchants within the aesthetic medical space
  • Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close and partner with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals
  • Understand the struggle of a customer and be able to provide consultation that provides value
  • Use your prior sales experience to make a big impact on the team’s goals
  • Have the “GRIT” required to be successful in a fast-paced, everchanging startup environment

You Have

  • 1-2+ years' experience in a “closer” role
  • Healthtech and/or Fintech sales background
  • EMR/EHR sales experience
  • A BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • The ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A collaborative and team player mentality
  • Salesforce and MS OCE experience
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Demonstrate perseverance; resiliency and positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Demonstrate passion, enthusiasm and extreme drive for results
  • Possess a “self-starter,” entrepreneurial spirit with extreme accountability/ownership for results
  • Ability to connect with, build, and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Advanced presentation skills; ability to engage and meet the needs of various audiences



Essential Duties/Responsibilities

    • Attain or exceed quarterly sales objectives within a defined territory
    • Build and nurture relationships with customers
    • Work effectively with teammates
    • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives
    • Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files
    • Actively participate in scheduled Company sales meetings, conference calls, and other necessary business meetings
    • Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance
    • Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close and partner with your CSM teams to ensure successful onboarding
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive outbound sales efforts
    • Understand the needs of a customer and approach each conversation with a consultative mindset
    • Collaborate and work directly with internal teammates on day-to-day payment solution activities including but not limited to deal review and strategy, subject matter expertise on product/service/industry, assessments/discoveries, and demos/presentations
    • Deliver demonstrations of the HintMD payment solution to existing and new “KOL” clients virtually and onsite when needed



This position reports to an office location in downtown Nashville and hours can vary outside of a normal 9-5 schedule due to our need for coverage across all time zones.
