About The Position:


The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating content that shares our story and passion, promotes our brand, and drives impact across many different digital platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Effectively demonstrate our passion and purpose as a non-profit organization by “Helping More People Live Greater.”
  • Write, edit and publish content for websites, blogs, videos, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, and other digital and traditional channels.
  • Create and oversee the development of content with a story-first approach. Develop compelling narrative that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and provides information across a wide variety of digital platforms.
  • Translate marketing objectives into cohesive content strategy and follow company brand guidelines to ensure their messaging is consistent with our guidelines, values, and mission.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of various content marketing efforts as it relates to key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing department.
  • Oversee the execution and effectively manage digital marketing initiatives and projects that will have varying levels of priority and deadlines.

  • Located in an idyllic small community in beautiful Northern Nevada


Compensation

  • Compensation is dependent on experience
  • Competitive compensation and Greater Benefits are part of our deal


Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience working in a marketing agencey preferred


Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge working in various content management systems, including website and digital displays
  • Experience in designing, implementing and monitoring digital advertising campaigns, social media marketing campaigns, and email marketing campaigns
  • Experienced in working in Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications
  • Ensures accountability

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit/stand and use a keyboard, mouse, phone, and multiple monitors for an extended period (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.).
