Information Desk
PFS Supervisor
Directs patients and gives information regarding the hospital and its services.

Essential Functions:
1.

Actively engages with patients providing customer service and direction. Communicates effectively with other staff and family.

2.

Actively uses personal protective equipment to prevent the spread of any communicable viruses.

3.

Positively impacts the patient experience at Nevada Regional Medical Center through enhanced clear, respectful, and effective communication skills.

4.

Provides accurate simple to follow directions to patients and family members so they can reach their destination in the hospital in a timely fashion.

5.

Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

Exposure to distressed patients, families or visitors.

Possible exposure to inside environmental conditions.

Physical Demands:
1.

Requires standing, sitting or walking for an 8 hour shift.

2.

There are no lifting requirements, but if a patient is in need one must be able to contact the correct authorities in a timely manner.

Requirements:
1.

HS diploma or GED

2.

Customer service experience encouraged.

3.

No licensure is required.

4.

Must complete required training for all NRMC employees.

Preferred Requirements:
1.

Healthcare experience preferred.
