24 hours per week. Scheduled to be determined at the time of hire. Flexibility required to meet the needs of our department.

POSITION SUMMARY

Perform a variety of administrative functions related to the maintenance of student records within enrollment services.


Preform other cross function duties as assigned.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Analyze, award, process, or enter Credit for Prior Learning
  • Assist in the review, maintenance and entry of Degree Audit Individual Student Adjustments to be applied for graduation
  • Correspond with students via phone, email, mail or in person in regard to student record functions.
  • Run queries to generate letters and or emails to be mailed to our students
  • Assist with the entering of academic transcripts or records for a student
  • Create and maintain Excel documents to meet needs of department
  • Collaborate with Enrollment Services staff to support processes which will improve student success

Education: Associate Degree


Experience:
Two years of related experience; post-secondary exposure preferred
