ASRC Federal Professional Services is looking for a Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Research Support Specialist to work with the Army Capabilities Manager for Formations-Intelligence (ACM F-I) contract at the United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) located at Ft. Huachuca, AZ

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain contact with commanders, staff, and key leaders at intelligence formations
  • Facilitate coordination between intelligence formations and USAICoE stakeholders
  • Review and provide recommended revisions as needed to draft doctrine, regulations, and other publications governing intelligence systems, processes, and tasks
  • Collaborate with other Army Capability Managers in development of requirements and capabilities
  • Develop technical and executive summaries following meetings, travel, or training events
  • Monitor development of collective intelligence training strategies
  • Assist intelligence formations in coordinating for mobile training teams
  • Provide support to wargaming, simulations, and experiments
  • This position is expected to have 30% travel.


Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a HUMINT discipline or equivalent experience in Military Intelligence and HUMINT collection operations and TTP.
  • 3-4+ years' experience in HUMINT collection, production, and research.
  • Significant experience in HUMINT operations and management. This includes experience in operational assignments at the division, corps, Expeditionary - Military Intelligence Brigade (E-MIB), or Military Intelligence Brigade - Theater (MIB-T).
  • Intelligence Capability DOTMLPF-P management experience with TRADOC, ICoE, or FORSCOM G2.
  • Recent in-theater HUMINT experience, particularly with the Brigade Combat Team (BCT), and Military Intelligence Company (MICO) or E-MIB.
  • Working knowledge of Army HUMINT interrogations, screenings, debriefing, support to document and media exploitation, source operations, and analytical processes across the Defense HUMINT Enterprise from tactical to strategic.
  • Familiarity with MI organizational design, the TAA process, Force Design Update documentation, FMSWeb, and TO&E.
  • Ability to apply quantitative and qualitative research techniques and to perform subsequent analysis.
  • Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner, in accordance with published guidelines and formats. These include the AFC TDP and JCIDS directed formats and procedures, along with Army Regulation 25-50.

  • Must have a current active TS-SCI upon start.
