The Studio – the largest dedicated real estate marketing agency in the country, which supports Coldwell Banker Realty, the Coldwell Banker brand and its franchises, and special Realogy marketing projects – is seeking a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer is responsible for development of design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion. They are a resource for the creation and execution of brand-defined brochures, flyers, postcards and other marketing materials including display advertising, on a strict deadline schedule. This position works closely with the field marketing team, Product Studio and sales associates to strategize and produce various types of marketing collateral. This position will also provide support in the production of marketing collateral for internal clients, including working with existing assets, ensuring technically accurate and industry standard production-ready artwork to meet production needs for products and vendors, including product/vendor management and coordination. Assists manager in identifying and establishing production process improvement opportunities.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new and maintain existing templates for various content rotations, including brand/message advertising, services, office contact information, etc.


  • Design and produce various multi-media materials, including newspaper and magazine advertising, brochures, awards and recognition booklets, posters, conference/exhibition signage, agent promotional materials, and other marketing collateral

  • Clearly and effectively communicate company brand identity and design strategy for e-marketing strategies; design, develop and execute graphic deliverables for websites, HTMLs, e-newsletters and bulletins, and e-brochures


  • Modify corporate marketing collateral as needed


  • Create concepts, layouts and final art


  • Serve in a lead capacity on projects

  • Assist with other tasks as assigned


  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints


  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements


  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas


  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand


  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic


  • Work with copywriters, creative manager, and creative director to produce final design


  • Test graphics across various media


  • Amend designs after feedback

  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Maintain pristine file management and actively update project files throughout our asset management system (Workfront/OneDrive); including all asset collection, project workups, and final files archive according to set Studio guidelines



SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS


  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one or small/large groups to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization


  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills


  • Strong decision-making capability


  • PC and MAC proficiency required


  • Communicates with a positive and professional attitude


  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs: Word, PowerPoint, MS Office, and Excel


  • Expert proficiency with the preparation of graphic materials using the Creative Cloud, including In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Dreamweaver, or other HTML programs

  • Strong typography skills


  • Illustration, retouching and HTML capabilities are all pluses.


  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail


  • Proactive problem-solving skills; participates in developing and working towards team goals; seeks to understand differing viewpoints or opposing ideas


  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines


  • Detail-oriented, highly organized and committed to quality control


  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


  • Proven graphic design experience. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Graphic Design, or graduation from a professional art design academy accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art & Design (2 to 3-year program) required


  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details


  • Adobe Certification in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop a plus


  • Minimum 5 years of professional-level experience required in creative/graphic design within an external or in-house agency
