Your Role and Responsibilities

You will work independently with direction from Solution Architects and Senior Consultants. Additional insights into your role:



Design
  • Participate in process and business requirements sessions and document to-be business process leveraging industry best practices.
  • Identify and collect data, such as historical sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and other operations/supply chain data from sources like databases, excel sheets, emails, and others.
  • Ability to convert business logic to technical tool design, including knowledge of tool infrastructure
Configuration
  • Work closely with architects to develop a clear functional and technical design and document data requirements and build complex datasets.
  • Configure a technical specification document and tool configuration as per the design to solve deep operations/supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring systems
Communication and Soft Skills
  • Ability to communicate mathematical, technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited prior mathematics, technical, or software background is key
Aptitude
  • Strong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling and processing large amounts of data is needed


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

For this Solution Consultant, we require:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Package Solution Consulting Tool like JDA, SAP APO, Anaplan, Kinaxis
  • Demonstrated experience in at least 2 Implementations of Supply Chain planning solution implementation starting from inception, blueprint, design, develop, deploy and support.
  • ability to manage scrum teams
  • Industry expertise on Consumer Product Group and Retail
  • Exposure to Integrated Business Process (IBP)
  • Demonstrated communication skills in a customer facing environment.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in hands on tool configuration


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Referring to the required professional skills, our preference is for a person with a range of years experience ranging from two to five years. There are 3 levels of Solution Consultant we are seeking.



For this Solution Consultant role, the following skills are preferred:



Communication and Soft Skills
  • experience/abilities working with cross-functional teams, and IT and business stakeholders, to ensure successful planning and execution of the project.
  • skills to plan, develop, and deliver Super User and End User training, for a global user base
