The Role:
Orora Packaging Solutions is seeking a talented Business Process Champion.


  • This position will report to the Vice President of Supply Chain
  • Location: Remote
  • Travel Requirement: 10-25% of Travel Required/Frequency
  • FLSA Status: Exempt

What You’ll be Responsible For in this Role


In this role you will be responsible for leadership in Lean process development, and oversee a defined Business Process area for Landsberg, in the area of Quote to Cash or Procure to Pay Processes. Role will include working closely with our technology group, local and regional plant functional management as well as OPS Supply Chain to develop, and ensure alignment with, a global Landsberg process model. In this highly visible position, you will interface regularly with senior management as well as a wide range of business unit leaders. You will also share responsibility for directing activities of the Regional Process Champions acting within your defined Business Process Area.


Identifies and drives business process requirements from a strategic perspective

  • Identify and develop best practices to optimize the use of OPS people, process and technology
    • Develop roadmap for improving service levels or reducing operating costs through better use of our business system
    • Define procedures and develop tools for the Business Process Area to support tactical plans to achieve the strategic plans of OPS
    • Make or approve requests for adaption or acquisition of technology, equipment, or organizational change
    • Engage with Business and Technology team members to prepare solutions and enhancements for roll out to the business
  • Identify and prioritize production support and corrective actions in conjunction with technology resources such as systems analysts
    • Monitor and prioritize Service Now ticket resolution
    • Monitor, participate in or organize resources for, and sign off on UAT and validation for any development or process change
  • Leverage and provide indirect management the Regional Process Champion networks
    • Coordinate with the local plants on implementation and uniform execution of best practices
    • Implement formal feedback loops and metrics monitoring to gather information on business performance and drive continuous improvement
    • Oversee the creation of training documentation, job aids and training documentation


What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:
  • SAP ECC Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, or Logistics module extensive knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience with Process mapping tools and techniques
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a distribution company
  • Ability to travel to Corporate offices and business sites across North American sites on a regular basis

  • Intellectual flexibility & technical acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Systems

  • Power BI Dashboard and Report
