Job Description

The Marketing Program Manager in our Automation and Electrification (AE) Business Unit will be responsible for the following:

  • Create integrated brand and lead generating marketing programs across marketing disciplines: digital/online, social media, content, thought leadership, live marketing/events/tradeshows, PR and advertising
  • Coordinate product launch campaigns
  •  Define regional target audiences, marketing channels, campaign contents and programs, and the attainment of marketing KPIs to ensure continuous improvement of marketing initiatives
  • Lead content creation and develop marketing content, including tech articles, success stories, webinars, visual assets, direct marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Plan and coordinate annual events, such as customer event and press event
  • Collaborate across functions working closely with the US corporate and business unit marketing team in Germany, product management and sales stakeholders
  • Support regional sales team with lead management


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related field
  • Factory Automation or Technology Industry experience preferred.
  • Know-how working with digital marketing tool-stack (e.g. Content management system, emailing tools, etc.)
  • An editorial and brand-advocate mindset with the ability to translate technical product content into compelling visuals and stories
  • Knowledge of marketing best practices and trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (beneficial)
  • 3-5 years of professional marketing experience in B2B marketing (beneficial)
