The Global Recruiting team focuses on building pipelines of talent and casting a wide net to attract a diverse array of candidates from students and entry level through executive level talent with a keen focus on an efficient and effective process that provides a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate alike.
Reporting to a Recruiting Manager, the Senior Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting, from candidate generation and assessment to offer negotiation and close. They will hire talent at all levels for positions across numerous departments with a focus on our Investments and Research teams. This role will engage in consultative conversations with business leaders and HR stakeholders to optimize equitable and inclusive assessment and hiring strategies.
Independently own and manage high touch recruiting processes focused on delivering exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences.
Develop trusted relationships with internal clients and hiring managers; thoroughly understand needs and priorities and translate these into practical and creative recruiting strategies.
Act as advisor in guiding hiring managers through full life cycle recruitment process (Engagement; Candidate Generation; Assessment; Offer) with an eye towards building scalable and efficient hiring processes.
Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines of active and passive candidates for open roles and opportunistic hiring.
Manage offer processes, including negotiation and extension of offers, candidate close and initial on-boarding.
Serve as brand ambassador for firm in the marketplace; utilize LinkedIn and CRM to engage a diverse community of talent and position Dimensional as an employer of choice.
Build knowledge of competitive landscape and use market data and intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
Develop solutions to recruiting related needs within the businesses (e.g. interview training) to enhance the overall organization's ability to identify and attract talent.
Deliver meaningful data and metrics to business leadership via customized reporting focused around key talent acquisition activity.
- Assist early careers team in sourcing and assessing candidates during campus recruiting busy season.
Full life-cycle recruitment experience across multiple skill levels and disciplines; experience in Asset Management or Financial Services required.
Unwavering commitment and pride in delivering an impeccable client experience to hiring managers and candidates.
Demonstrated success in working with hiring managers and other stakeholders to execute a high touch, consistent and efficient hiring process.
Ability to proactively assess and translate business needs into creative hiring strategies.
Track record of utilizing innovative sourcing techniques in attracting a broad and diverse slate of candidates.
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees in building relationships and negotiating complex offers.
Ability to manage concurrent priorities in a fast-moving & demanding environment.
Strong analytical mindset and passion for using data to inform business decisions.
Knowledge of HR policies, laws and regulations; ability to maintain confidentiality and data accuracy when handling candidate information.
- Knowledge of Workday Recruiting and Beamery is a plus.
