Under general supervision, the Executive Assistant I handles a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks often of a confidential and/or complex nature. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, often times under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Proficient level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important


Position Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:




Required: Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of seven years progressively responsible administrative, office management and secretarial experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and may substitute for up to three years’ experience requirement. Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook. Experience in managing multiple calendars at an executive level. Impeccable communication skills, written and verbal, especially strong in creative writing and composition. Must maintain professionalism in stressful situations and possess the ability to multitask.
