The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, policy implementation, training/development, audit/compliance, record management and benefits administration. Candidates must be able to identify and clarify problems and evaluate potential solutions for managers and employees. The Human Resources Generalist must effectively communicate and promote HR policies and programs to provide a conflict-free workplace that supports our culture and core values. Ideal candidates must be detail oriented, possess excellent time management skills, extremely organized, solid analytical and problem-solving abilities and demonstrate success in providing and delivering effective HR programs that support the organizations culture and business objectives.
