Compensation:
$14.66/hr, $30,492.80/annually

  • Salary can vary depending upon education, experience, or qualifications.

Position Summary & Responsibilities


Position Summary:


Plans, coordinates, and communicates FACTS program training for the region. Provides training to new FACTS workers in small group presentations as well as one-on one training. Will assist in developing and updating training materials as needed. Will provide feedback to the Supervisor and PA on staff progress in learning and retaining training information. Must have FACTS experience

Maintains Pathlore records for the region. Sets up courses/classes and ensures updates in the Pathlore system. Prepares reports from Pathlore to facilitate compliance with mandatory training. Prepare training materials for upcoming classes, including participant roster, attendance sheet, and evaluations to each instructor for every training course offered. Must have communication skills as daily communication required regarding upcoming training schedule, training requirements, and options. Answers questions from staff and management regarding program training. Prepares training schedule and sends out communication of upcoming training. Drafts e-mails, letters, brochures, posters and other means of publicizing training courses and events. Coordinates with outside trainers regarding registration, facility use, scheduling, and course documentation.

Qualifications


  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum Qualifications: Two years of experience in general office, clerical, and administrative support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.

  • Two years FACTS entry experience and training experience
