As the Assistant Director, Partnerships you will manage third party vendor and alliance relationships to grow revenue for Purdue Online and to ensure consistent and excellent experiences for Purdue learners. Your areas of responsibility will include reviewing vendor marketing activities and practices ensuring alignment with Purdue brand standards, compliance with contract terms, proper and timely processing of invoices and payments to vendors and Purdue, expanding product lines, and working with Purdue Online recruiting and marketing teams as well as vendors to serve students and increase enrollments. You will oversee all the logistical aspects of new initiatives collaborating with vendor and alliance partners, educators, participants and the Purdue Online team to ensure a smooth and professional experience. You will own the day-to-day relationships with the third party vendors and alliance partners.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, corporate partnership management, vendor management, or program or project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as experience working across internal and external organizations
  • Ability to plan and manage logistics of individual projects from start to finish, including identifying and scoping opportunities, aligning with different teams and functions, coordinating rollouts, and managing budgets
  • Ability to understand contract and financial terms and relay that information to partners and business office team

Preferred:

  • Master's degree
