National Sales Manager, OEM holds the responsibility and accountability for direction and execution of the OEM sales channels. The key purpose of the position is to ensure alignment of processes and functional departments that support the OEM sales channels in order to address established strategic, tactical, and financial objectives

  • Responsible for the execution of strategic plans for the business unit to maximize growth and profitability
  • Works in a highly-collaborative environment, responsible for the development and execution of annual plans inclusive of budgets and major objectives
  • Work in a cross functional environment between, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, New Product Development, Codes and Standards, Quality, Procurement, Finance and Accounting, the position has the responsibility to align functional resources to achieve targeted strategies, objectives, and financial results
  • Assemble and manage cross functional teams to leverage the talents and expertise of company personnel
  • Responsible for identification, monitoring and mid-course corrections associated with revenue, expenses, profitability, and key objectives (Protect the Plan – PTP)
  • Actively participate on the leadership team representing and balancing the individual SBU interests with those of the entire organization
  • Establish and guide strategic direction within our chosen markets for our key customers
  • Establish measures; monitor and adjust to key performance metrics
  • Insure customer focus is maintained by team members in the areas of relationship management, industry/trade exhibit participation, customer visits, product manufacturing, and product quality and product delivery etc
  • Provide technical support and application reviews to customers for new and existing products
