Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the PQI Coordinator works within the agency to work with both state and internal systems to complete required PQI tasks. The PQI Coordinator is responsible for proactively identifying technology opportunities that support agency strategies and performance and collaborate with IT professionals to determine if appropriate internal or external solutions currently exist, or whether new solutions are required and feasible. The PQI Coordinator will educate and support system super users to ensure efficient systems management. The PQI Coordinator will also track and maintain all building licensures and credentials as well as licensed staff credentialing. The PQI coordinator will also coordinate and participate in client record audits to ensure all required items are in place. The overall goal of the PQI Coordinator will be to inspect and support the maintenance of agency standards for quality across multiple departments. The PQI Coordinator will take part in planning and strategic development to support the forward movement of the implementation of updated EHR info, build reports for collection of data and ensure that the agency as a whole is in compliance with state requirements

. Requirements:

Bachelor Degree is highly preferred. Degrees in Business Administration, Data Science or Information Technology, or Human Services are preferred. Must be an advanced computer user with advanced working knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, database software, Google Suite and the Adobe Suite. Experience with Visio, Survey Monkey, Watson Analytics, SPSS, Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL Server strongly preferred. Working knowledge in information/systems as well as SQL is highly recommended. This role will involve the development of project plans and will require demonstrated project management skills. Must be able to analyze and provide strategic feedback to various departments and programs on campus. Prefer at least 3 years of experience.
