Windsor Laurelwood is seeking a Full Time Intake Coordinator
The Windsor-Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine is a 159-bed facility located in beautiful Willoughby, Ohio, which is a short drive from downtown Cleveland. Recognized as a Top Performer by The Joint Commission, the hospital provides 24-hour care and serves children, adolescents, and adults with psychiatric, behavioral health, and substance abuse issues. Our multidisciplinary treatment team includes board certified psychiatrists, psychologists, registered nurses, licensed social workers, case managers, and milieu and activity therapists. Windsor-Laurelwood also features a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit for adults, Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs.
The Receptionist greets patients, visitors, and responds to telephone inquiries in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner at all times. Provides clerical support to management team as needed. Handles multiple priorities within appropriate task deadlines. Maintains confidentiality of all facility-related information.
- One to two years of clerical/administrative office experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree or some college courses in business or healthcare field preferred.
- Must have excellent customer service and strong organizational skills.
- Requires basic computer skills.
