Position Description: *

KPA EHS Software helps clients develop a comprehensive EHS program that harnesses technology, best practices, and the concerted efforts of your workforce to maintain a safe and productive workplace. Our platform includes features like audits & inspections, incident management, equipment inspections, online training courses, reporting & insights, and more.

The Customer Care Associate for the KPA EHS solution will support the customer journey, empowering customers with the resources they need to keep their team safe. The innovative technology and user customizable platform enables team members to collect, evaluate, understand and implement safety and training information in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with first-tier customer support / receive and respond to incoming phone calls/emails
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully;
  • Work with current clients to support and assist with program needs
  • Promote and demonstrate program to prospective clients
  • Work with internal teammates and clients to understand requirements
  • Improve assets by exploring options and recommending changes
  • Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time within established budgets; Manages project team activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation

  • Annual salary range of $42-46k
  • Bonus potential of 7.5% annually

KPA Office/Event Attendance and COVID-19 Vaccination Policy

Daily office attendance is currently optional for all employees. Each office will be open for those seeking the opportunity to return to the office. Team meetings and events will be held in both KPA Offices and outside of KPA Offices where employee attendance will be expected.

For all KPA office sites, events and meetings, any employee attending, even temporarily, must be fully vaccinated with at least fourteen (14) days following their final vaccine. The final vaccine is defined as a second dose for Pfizer or Moderna, or the first dose of Johnson and Johnson.
