Redfin’s mission is to redefine real estate in the consumer’s favor. We're changing the $75 billion real estate industry by making it easier, faster, less stressful, and more affordable to buy or sell your home. At the core of our strategy is understanding what consumers and agents need, and then building elegant software to support them
The Partner Program provides real estate services to customers through a network of real estate agents who aren’t employed by Redfin. When a customer asks to see or sell a home, we connect them with a Partner Agent who will contact the customer quickly and provide them with best in class service to help them find their dream home
As a Product Manager on the Partner Program team, you’ll figure out what customers want and then work with engineers, designers, analysts, and business operators to turn those wants into software that improves our service and drives growth.
What You’ll Do
  • Deeply understand your customers and identify the biggest problems to solve through research and data.
  • Take ownership of the product and drive feature development from start to finish.
  • Rally a cross-functional team of engineers, product designers, marketers, and analysts to ship world-class products.
  • Define and evaluate key metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
  • Drive Redfin’s growth by setting and owning quantitative goals for the Partner Program.
  • Distill vision and strategy for the team to get them excited.

Who You Are
  • At least three years of experience as a product manager shipping compelling software features, with a willingness to learn.
  • Empathetic. You can listen to users, understand their key problems, and develop intuitive solutions to these problems.
  • A cross-functional collaborator. You can work with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and executives to make decisions and build a roadmap.
  • Great communicator. You can distill a complex problem into its essential elements, and clearly communicate your vision to the team and executives.
  • Analytical. You’re data-driven at your core, and aren’t afraid of rolling up your sleeves to take on a complicated analysis. Ideally you’ve run A/B tests in the past.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation with a salary, bonuses, and stock grants
  • Generous benefits, including three weeks of paid vacation, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and fully paid family leave
