What You’ll Be Doing:



Phoenix Marketing International is seeking to fill a full-time Accounting Clerk position working within our Corporate Accounting group in Rhinebeck, New York. This individual will oversee our Expense Reporting program and assist with our Accounts Payable department.



Expense Report Responsibilities:



    • Review and approve expense reports and documents
    • Oversee corporate card charges and reconciliation process

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:



  • Input and process vendor invoices


  • Assist with month-end processes


  • Assist with other accounting tasks as assigned



Ideal Candidate Will Have:



  • Associate degree in Account or related field


  • Strong mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities


  • Experience using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications including Word
