We are hiring
for an experienced RN Registered Nurse - ICU to work FT Nights at AMITA Health Hinsdale in Hinsdale, IL

Schedule: Nights - 6:45pm - 7:15am; every third weekend and rotating holidays.

This role is eligible for a $10,000.00 sign-on bonus, provided you successfully complete all pre-employment requirements subject to the terms and conditions of the offer. Former associates of six months or less are not eligible.

What You Will Do:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

Additional Preferences:

BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program;
Previous critical care RN exp strongly preferred or 1-2 years of Med/Surg RN experience preferred
