Our Surgical Services Department is growing! We are seeking Registered Nurses for our Perioperative Department in sunny, Moses Lake, Washington! As a Short Stay Unit/Infusion Services RN, you are responsible for a group of patients for a designated time frame implementing the Nursing Process. You work closely with patients, physicians, and other clinicians to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes. As a Perioperative Nurse, you will follow the standards of perioperative professional practice as outlined in the Association of Operating Room Standards.
You may qualify for the position based on the following:
- Current Washington State RN Licensure. HCP (Healthcare Provider) Level of BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of RN experience in acute care preferred for specialty nursing departments.
- Ability to perform the primary functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of all assigned patients.
- ACLS and PALS within 90 days of hire.
This position reports to the Charge Nurse, Department Director, and other designated supervisory staff on duty. This position is part-time (0.6 FTE), M-F, days/evenings position 11:00 am - 7:30 pm.
