We are looking for a principal PM to drive M365 engineering product plans and scenarios across M365 products and services in partnership with other product teams to leverage in product motions that leverage AI to provide personalized, contextually relevant customer journeys that enable customer velocity to value and growth in their use of M365 services. This role will require the ability to drive a broad long-term strategy while having short-term impact through our fiscal year plans.


  • Be a leader in M365 Customer Success Engineering to define and develop customer scenarios that focus on product led growth and gtms across SMB and Enterprise.
  • Identify and develop new direct growth strategies in mature and emerging markets working in conjunction with M365 marketing, products, and services along with direct SMB team.
  • Demonstrated success in growing business through in- product led motions
  • Prioritize and orchestrate M365 Engineering investments in product led customer journeys with strong focus on increasing NPS and usage for our customers.
  • Strong ability to drive influence across a large matrix organization
  • Strong experience in cross-group v-teams for scaled execution and collaboration


Professional/Personal Skill Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Product Group experience. Experience should encompass the business acumen, engineering proficiency, content and experiences that enable customer loyalty, use and feature adoption, organizational agility, and operational disciplines needed to build intent-driven value realization journeys for cloud products across diverse customer segments, markets and needs.

  • Success in driving a customer success vision across a portfolio of SaaS products with a demonstrable customer loyalty and feature adoption increase.

  • Proven track record delivering across organizational boundaries in a highly matrix model and sustaining strong partnerships within and outside the organization. Ability to drive decisions, bring clarity to ambiguity, influence leadership, and manage business outcomes with pace.

  • Demonstrable results in influencing for impact and creating strategies that achieve top line goals for the business, customers, and partners. Capability to anticipate obstacles and preemptively address points of vulnerability in the system required.

  • Experience in defining, designing, and shipping products and services through the complete product lifecycle.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers at all stages of the sales and adoption/use cycle, and working in-depth to understand their needs and help them achieve their business goals (perhaps you have developed customer success ecosystems, community or innovative help and support customer tools and interaction platforms).

  • Strong communication skills that can tailor content and concepts based on audience (internal stakeholders and with external customers), leadership levels, and disciplines (Engineering, Finance, Business Development, Partners).

  • Exceptional people skills and recognized for cross org collaborations on reinvention initiatives that achieve business results and operational excellence in a distributed organization model.
