Benefits & HR Services provides benefits and HR consulting, compliance and strategic


services to TriNet customers, WSEs and internal TriNet teams. The Benefits & HR Services


team possess deep knowledge and expertise of Benefits and HR fields for our domestic and


international customers, improving the customer experience. This team ensures quality


service and operational perfection within the parameters of the program and delivery


standards. We collaborate with all TriNet groups to assess escalated matters resulting from


technology through data integrity, and research, perform root cause analysis, and resolution


for the best outcome for both TriNet and the customer. Benefits & HR Services provides


outstanding and comprehensive solutions on the issues customers experience with their


unique needs


ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES


Conduct analysis, auditing and evaluating reported errors


Process required tasks to ensure timely resolution of customer and WSE requests


Address system and data errors to ensure accurate processing of benefits & HR


administration


Handles and resolves open cases in the CRM system with a high emphasis on


timeliness and quality


Build and maintain effective business relationships with internal groups to resolve


customer facing issues


Triage and assess issues to identify root cause and process improvement


opportunities


Perform required testing, reporting all results with recommended solutions


Resolve moderate to sophisticated inquiries from customers and internal groups


Participates in planning and execution of all Benefits and HR Services initiatives to


improve TriNet’s value proposition


Provides support and expertise regarding compliance and regulatory requirements


Provide training, materials and support for informative purposes for Tier I and Tier II


groups


Performs other projects and duties as assigned




JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS


Scope and Impact:


Applies theoretical knowledge gained through education to the development of


professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine


issues


Education and Experience:


Typically requires less than 3 years of previous professional experience


Interaction:


Primarily interacts with contacts within work group to build stable working


relationships internally. Work typically impacts direct peers, supervisors and cross


functional partners


Complexity:


Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in


analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
