Northrop Grumman Strategic Space Systems is seeking a highly qualified, mission oriented Facilities Representative in Redondo Beach, CA with responsibilities including (but not limited to) the following:Responsibilities are in more than one of the following facilities areas: facilities and property administration, office planning, corporate leasing or real estate coordination. Works closely with and/or provides advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activitiesResponsibilities include:
  • Generating scopes of work for vended services
  • Working with suppliers to perform preventative maintenance work
  • Calling in suppliers for emergency services and rental hook-ups
  • Working with customers, Security for access and availability to perform work
  • Working with ESHM to verify supplier working safely, scheduling utility outages and hot work
  • Using Maximo to generate, status and complete work orders and purchase requests

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and six years of relevant experience or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of the degree
  • Strong HVAC systems understanding
  • Knowledge of facility infrastructure
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Regular shift, but will require some work to be performed off hours and on weekends, including emergency call-ins




Salary Range: 83600 - 125400



Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
