BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE - CAN BE REMOTELY BASED


We are actively seeking candidates to fill a Business Development Representative to join our industry leading sales team. As a Business Development Representative your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified, "top of the funnel" leads for the Clubessential sales team that drive the pipeline and contribute to new logos and existing customer growth. This is an entry-level position with opportunity for growth within the Clubessential sales organization.


Responsibilities:


⦁ Execute the reach out and scheduling of targeted geographical business meetings (via email and telephone) for Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and provide the RSMs with any necessary information they need when they follow up with qualified leads.


⦁ Create, maintain and update Salesforce accounts, contacts, hunts, tasks, activities, etc.


⦁ Provide clean-up and maintenance of new accounts and contacts in Salesforce database.


⦁ Obtain a working knowledge of private club operations and the key decision makers needed.


⦁ Stay current with Clubessential messaging and solution value propositions.


⦁ Understand the competitive landscape and competitor products to enhance your talking points with prospective customers. Be able to comfortably answer questions such as: Why should I look at CE? Why are you better than "competitor X?"


⦁ Be able to qualify and review the club's market position and how CE solutions may/may not be a fit.


⦁ Assist with coordinating speaking engagements at regional industry chapter meetings (CMAA, HFTP, PCMA, etc.) to build awareness of Clubessential and drive new leads.


Qualifications


⦁ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience


⦁ Two years of sales prospecting experience, preferably for a technology company
