Summary:



The Director of Pharmacy, Holy Family Memorial, leads and directs the provision of patient care services and provides administrative direction at Holy Family Memorial department of pharmacy. The Director is responsible for providing leadership and management of the pharmacy department at Holy Family Memorial Hospital. Responsible for financial management and maintaining adequate medication supplies and compliance with regulations of licensing authorities and regulatory agencies. Manages the human resource needs of the respective functional areas. Responsible for contributing to the development and communication of departmental mission, vision, strategic objectives, and goals. Other duties as assigned.



Responsibilities:



  • A minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy management experience or completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy practice residency and an advanced degree is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or Pharm. D. degree received from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy is required. Master's degree is preferred. Wisconsin pharmacist license (or eligible)



  • Completion of ASHP Accredited Hospital Residency Program and/or advanced management degree (MBA, MHA, or MS) is strongly preferred.
