Job Summary


Your role as a Fleet Supervisor includes, but is not limited to, playing a vital role in overseeing company vehicles available for the transportation of cannabis goods. You will work alongside other departments managers to ensure deliveries are made on time and the required vehicles are available and operating as required.

As a Kiva Fleet Supervisor, you'll…



  • Schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with management to find ways to reduce unsuccessful deliveries due to repairs or lack of routine maintenance.
  • Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiencies.
  • Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
  • Ensure compliance with State and BCC regulations.
  • Utilize GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft

What we're looking for…



  • At least 1-2 years experience working with fleet management, fleet analytics overseeing company-owned vehicles.
  • Experience in the transportation industry.
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Extensive knowledge in distribution software, order entry, routing efficiencies.
  • Analytically driven mindset.
  • Ability to generate operational systems from scratch and reevaluate as needed to determine areas of improvement.
