The Impact You'll Make in this Role


As our CBG Global Customer Operations Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:



  • Driving CBG Customer Operations strategic and operational priorities across all areas and processes


  • Engaging with Divisions and Areas to drive business process and financial improvements


  • Partnering with Enterprise Operations leadership to align on priorities and resourcing


  • Collaborating with our BG Operations Team and Leader on Strategic Planning, OP Planning, Quarterly Operating Reviews, Operating Committees, and weekly operational reviews


  • Leading a global team with members in all areas


  • Implementing improvements for:
  • Customer Scorecards and OTIF
  • Logistics Cost & Cost to Serve
  • Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) & Service Disputes

Your Skills and Expertise


To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution


  • Five (5) combined years of Customer Service, Supply Chain, and/or other Operations experience in a private, public, government or military environment


  • Five (5) years of direct supervisory and/or management experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:



  • Ten (10) combined years of Customer Service, Supply Chain, and/or other Operations experience in a private, public, government or military environment


  • Master Black Belt or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification


  • SAP Deployment or Project Experience


  • Experience leading global teams


  • Experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed environment

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international


Relocation Assistance: May be authorized


Remote work may be considered at a US based location
