What You'll Do:



  • Build client relationships by developing and delivering strategic solutions for federal military and veteran health clients


  • Design, develop, and deliver health analytics solutions with consideration for functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance


  • Support the strategy and execution of health analytics across military health agencies


  • Lead business development activities, such as responding to request for proposals (RFP), structuring solutions, client presentations


  • Review project proposals or plans to determine schedule, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of analytics projects


  • Establish work plans and coordinate staffing for each project phase and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel

Qualifications


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree


  • Minimum of 6 years of delivery/leading health analytics projects


  • 3+ years' experience working with federal military health agencies


  • 3+ years' experience in a leadership role, preferably with experience leading change and introducing new ways of working in an organization


  • Experience managing client relationships


  • Experience in health data analytics strategy


  • Experience in creating, validating, implementing and/or overseeing the implementation of advanced analytics including AI and machine learning


  • Experience with a range of advanced analytic tools, methods, and platforms

Bonus Points:



  • Graduate degree in a relevant field


  • Experience with business development at a federal healthcare agency, including experience authoring and solutioning solicitation responses


  • Experience designing and developing methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze structured and unstructured, diverse sources including "big data" sources


  • Experience performing predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing in a healthcare environment


  • Ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesize findings, and create data visualizations


  • Experience with developing solutions using advanced data visualization tools and languages, including R, Python, Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI


  • Ability to negotiate complex scenarios and challenges and devise courses of action to resolve situations with predictable outcomes

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,000 - $166,699 and information on benefits offered is here.
