What Will You Do?

As a Press Operator/Metal Fabricator with PMG, you will work for clients who manufacture and produce a variety of components for defense/aerospace, automotive, agricultural, medical and electronic applications among many others.



We are looking for highly skilled Press Operators/Metal Fabricators with experience setting up and operating CNC or Manual Brake Presses with mechanical and/or hydraulic drive systems.



What Do You Need?

We are looking for Press Operators/Metal Fabricators with the expertise and professionalism to perform exceptionally well and with minimal guidance in any given manufacturing situation. You must also be an excellent communicator with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and management.



Specific qualifications for the role include:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience setting up & operating CNC Or Mechanical Fabrication Equipment
  • The ability to work from prints, work orders, drawings, templates and layouts
  • The ability to install and align dies within the presses as well as insert blanks
  • Record piece work
  • Operator secondary equipment, as required
  • The ability to travel and commit to assignments ranging from 2 months to 6 months
  • Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, including overtime for the duration of the assignment (50 hours/week)
